whats the upper age limit for usmle?
Hello Dr Nayyar
There is no age limit for the USMLE. There is nothing called age limit in the USA. Discrimination according to race, age, religion, ethnicity or color is considered a crime in the USA. So, there is no limits to the previous factors for any test, job…etc.
I have got ECFMG certification since 1997, and I could not travel to USA to enroll in a residency program.
is it considered expired ?
can I benefit of this certificate ?
or I have to take the examination again?
Thank you very much
Hello Dr Rami
ECFMG never expires and you can’t retake the USMLE tests again as long as you passed them. You also can enroll online from any part of the world in the residency program. When you get an interview, they will send you a visa to come the USA and they will extend it into another kind of visa to get your residency. I wish that answers your question. If not, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you.
